The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. Greatly enjoyed our room that was impeccably clean. - the queen beds and nice selection of pillows were available. - Coffee, tea, toast, and cereals were really appreciated.

The hotel was in a marvellous position really close to liquor store, a nearby restaurant and Tofino. It was just a short stroll away from Pizza Hut, serving fast food.

Our room at Hospitality Inn was clean and the linens were nice. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Ssuhas and Taz at the front desk. The towels provided were soft, which added to our comfort.

Appreciated how comfy the property was and its nice staff in a demeaning and disrespectful manner at the time when my wife was trying to figure out why she couldnt get her included breakfast. Its location in Port Alberni was great and perfect, really close to grocery stores as well as fast food restaurants and grocery stores.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a hot shower with good pressure. The amenities, such as the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, were very convenient for snacking. The location was central and easy to find, with ample free parking available. The highlight was definitely the outdoor heated pool, which was a fun and relaxing experience, especially in the winter. The hot tub was also very warm and enjoyable.

The scented hallways and room were overwhelming, and we had to air out the room to get some fresh air. We didn't consume it fully due to personal preferences and health concerns.
